Oxford Square is our new town home project located off of Cuyler Best road between Highway 70 and New Hope Road. The units are duplexes similar to those we built at New Hope Village. There will be 50 units.

These two-bedroom, two-bath town homes are all on one level, so there are no stairs to negotiate. The oversized, single car garage with electric opener and remote provides added security and the large floored attic provides lots of storage. The large rooms and well laid out floor plan make the units seem much larger than 1,380 square feet.
The units incorporate a "handicapped friendly" design with no steps coming into the house from the garage and a handicapped threshold on that door. Additionally, almost all of the doorways are three feet wide to accommodate a wheelchair. In order to make a unit truly handicapped accessible, however, some additional changes would have to be made.
The price already includes a full length glass Larson storm door on the front door, and lawns with a sprinkler system and grass sod.
The following pictures are of our model home. They are shown to give an idea of what the insides of the units look like. Many of the items shown here are upgrades that cost extra.
