Take Hwy 70 East from Goldsboro 5.8 miles from the Hwy 13 / Berkeley Blvd. overpass (3.4 miles from Hwy 111 S. intersection) and turn right on Lake Wakena Rd.  Go 2.2 miles on Lake Wakena Rd. and turn left on Dollard Town Rd.  McCoy Estates is 1.5 miles on the left.

Directions From Kinston:
Take Hwy 70 West from Kinston and turn left at Dan Wise Chevrolet onto Piney Grove Rd.  Go 2.6 miles on Piney Grove Rd. and turn right onto St. John’s Church Rd.  Go 1.6 miles on St. John’s Church Rd. and turn right onto Dollard Town Rd.  McCoy Estates is less than one-half mile on the right.
