• Thermatru Brand "Smooth Star" fiberglass exterior doors are highly resistant to dents and warping.  Their extra thick weather stripping seals out the weather.

• Our ten-year limited warranty means your investment is safe.

• High quality Fridgidare appliances.

• Double pane, vinyl windows are energy efficient and maintenance free.  The bottom sash tilts inward and the grids are between the two panes for easy cleaning.

• Gas logs and a blower for the fireplace are included.

• The interior walls around the master bedroom, the bathrooms and the laundry room are insulated to help reduce sound transmission through these walls.  (Some of these walls may not be insulated if there is a closet on the wall because a closet will reduce sound transmission even more than the insulation will).

• High quality carpet is constructed of a continuous filament fiber, which resists wear and keeps it from “fuzzing” excessively.

• Upgraded vinyl flooring has a mildew protective backing and a urethane coating on top that makes it easy to clean and keeps it looking great.

• “Multiply” brand premium underlayment installed under vinyl floors protects the vinyl.

• Sub floors are attached with nails, glue and screws to minimize the potential for squeaks.

• American Standard brand 13 SEER electric heat pumps.  Two story houses feature a separate system for each floor.  This configuration costs us more but provides you with a greater level of comfort.

• Electric garage door opener with two remotes (single car garage doors come with 1 remote).

• High quality Delta faucets.

• Den, bedrooms and kitchen pre-wired for telephones.  Den and bedrooms pre-wired for cable TV.  Higher quality satellite dish grade TV cable used throughout.

• Cast iron down-pipes used in two-story houses to quiet the sound of water running down from upstairs.

• Exterior doors are set in metal “pans” to prevent any water from ever getting to the framing and causing wood rot.

• Exposed exterior doorframes (including garage door) are wrapped in vinyl to prevent rotting.
