Welcome to our website!  We are a home building and real estate development company located in Goldsboro, North Carolina.  We have been in business for over 15 years and we build and sell approximately 40 new homes each year in all price ranges in Goldsboro North Carolina.

Most of the homes we build are "specs" or speculative homes that we start without a particular buyer in mind.  We are in effect, "speculating" that a buyer will come along and buy the house.  Because we do this, we usually have an inventory of new homes for sale.

We also do custom building, where a buyer can pick their lot, floor plan, features and all of the other details about their home.  For more information of custom homes, click the link called "Custom Building" on the top left of this page.

Our homes may be purchased through a real estate agent, if you are already working with one, or you may purchase a home from us directly.
